Mom's school offers a comprehensive range of sports facilities to promote physical fitness and teamwork among students. Our cricket ground, kho-kho fields, and kabaddi courts provide ample space for traditional and popular team sports, while the skating rink and swimming pool cater to those interested in individual physical challenges and aquatic skills. Additionally, our table tennis tables and karate dojo offer opportunities for developing agility, strategic thinking, and self-defense skills. These facilities are designed to nurture students' athletic abilities, foster a spirit of healthy competition, and encourage an active lifestyle.

Yoga & Meditation

At our school, yoga and meditation are an integral part of daily learning. Through guided practices, students develop physical fitness, mental clarity, emotional balance, and self-discipline. These sessions help children manage stress, improve concentration, and build inner confidence, nurturing a calm, focused, and healthy lifestyle from an early age.

Mental Maths

Our school offers Abacus training to strengthen students’ mental math skills and numerical confidence. Through interactive and engaging methods, children enhance concentration, memory, speed, and accuracy in calculations. Abacus learning also supports logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, helping students build a strong foundation in mathematics while making learning enjoyable and effective.
